What time is check in and what time is check out?

Check In time is 4pm with checkout time at 11am


Can we request an early check in or late check out?

Late Checkouts and early check in’s can be requested yet at the discretion of the property at the time of arrival & departure, some may include additional fees.


How much does parking cost?

Overnight lodging guest parking is complimentary at the entrance front drive.


What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation policy is reflected based on package purchased.


Are dogs allowed?

YES! We welcome dogs to the Skyline Lodge. Our policy allows one dog up to 50 lbs, or two dogs totaling 60 lbs per guestroom.

Fee information: a nightly charge of $75 will be added to your folio up to a maximum of $300.

No other pets are allowed. Additional fees may apply for damage or excessive cleaning requirements caused by a pet. Pet-free rooms are available upon request.


How do I store my baggage prior to checking in or after checking out?

Our goal is to have your room ready prior to check-in yet in the unforeseen that this is not possible, we ask you not to unload your luggage until your room is ready.

Do you provide shuttle service to and from the Airport to the hotel?

Not at this time. The closest airports are Asheville AVL at 1.20hour drive and Atlanta ATL at 2.5hour drive


What is your smoking policy?

Our hotel is a smoke-free establishment. Smoking in a designated non-smoking area is subject to fine.


Are Taxi’s, Uber or Lyft available in Highlands?

Not at this time.


Is there a pool?

We currently do not have a pool.


Is there Wildlife?

Due to our mountain location, please be aware we are surrounded by Wildlife. Due to this, please do not leave food inside your cars or outside your room.


Is there daily housekeeping?

Stay Over service is by request. If you would like your room services, please simply let us know the day prior and we will arrange that for your room.
